Does anyone out there do product reviews? I need some help. I reviewed a product back in February and loved it... but four months later have found that the product has actually caused some damage to my daughter's development (flat spot). What should I do? I obviously want to retract my review and do a new one. But I don't want to do it incorrectly.

Can you help me?
